• Your use or misuse of TLD assets
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content or domain usage
• Negligence or willful misconduct
• Breach of representations or warranties

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of GotTLDs services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Your Legal Relationship:

• With GotTLDs: Marketing, information, TLD ownership rights
• With Freename: Transaction processing, blockchain services, payment handling, technical support

GotTLDs' Role:

• TLD ownership and branding
• Marketing and lead generation
• Educational content and resources
• Pre-sale customer inquiries (non-technical)
